Online Enrollment is open for the 2025-2026 school year. All new, returning and re-enrolling students will be required to enroll online to begin the registration process. In-person registration dates TBA, and information will be mailed out soon.
Please be sure you are selecting 2025-2026 online registration.
Families are encouraged to begin updating their student’s enrollment information immediately. Online registration guides, documents and parent portal access can be found on the Roseburg Schools district website. Families should note a new form this year; enrolling families will need to acknowledge a student conduct and discipline policy prior to accessing online registration in ParentVue.
Initial online enrollment is required for students in all grades. Final registration steps will occur in person August 19-22 in the cafeteria area of the Arts building. At this time you will review contact and medical information to ensure accuracy. Legal documentation will be needed for students not residing with biological parents. You may also bring payment (cash, check, MasterCard/Visa) if needed. For questions about the registration process, please contact the Counseling Center at 541-440-4131 or 541-440-4132 after August 6th.
Families wishing their child to attend Roseburg High School are required to complete a Request for Nonresident Student Admission Inter-district Transfer with Mutual Consent of Both Affected Districts form. As per school board Policy JECB: Request for Transfer of Resident Students and Admission of Non-resident Students.
Students on an approved Inter-district Transfer are no longer required to renew annually and will continue to be enrolled in Roseburg Public Schools unless the terms of the Inter-district Transfer agreement are violated, the student is requesting to attend a different school in RPS or the student relocates to a different district.
NEW students applying for a Resident District Transfer must complete the Intra-district Transfer form.
The form must be completed, signed and dated by the student's parent or guardian, then submitted for processing prior to the student's ability to register in the requested non-resident school.
Families living within the Roseburg attendance boundaries requesting their students attend another district must begin the Request for Nonresident Student Admission Inter-district Transfer process with the district that you would like to attend.
