Parent Letter - Fall 2025
Dear Parents, Students, and RHS Families,
Parent teacher conferences – Wednesday, November 5th & Thursday, November 6th
RHS will be hosting traditional parent/teacher conferences with your child’s teachers. These will be held in-person at RHS
- Individual conferences will be scheduled in 15-minute intervals. Each 15-minute interval should allow for a 10-minute conference and 5 minutes to walk between your child’s classrooms.
- These conferences are for information sharing and communication between families and teachers regarding your student’s current successes, needs and areas for growth.
- Parents will schedule their own conferences online directly through their ParentSquare account. This provides parents with as much flexibility as possible in coordinating appointments between different teachers, schools and other commitments.

- All Parents/Guardians have accounts in ParentSquare. Your email will be the one you have on file with the school.
- If you are logging in for the first time, enter your email and click “Get Started”.
- If you forgot your password, enter your email under sign in and click “Forgot Password” to reset.

- ParentSquare conference scheduling is available both throught the ParentSquare app and the ParentSquare website.
- Conference scheduling through ParentSquare will open on October 22nd and run through the end of conferences. ParentSquare scheduling has many advantages and provides real-time feedback and 24/7 access for you as the parent. Specific details and instructions are included below. - Sign in to your ParentSquare Account
- Click on "Sign Ups & RSVPs" tab on the left side
- This will bring up all available teacher’s schedules
- Under each teacher click “Sign Up” to bring up their schedule and choose your time.
- You will need to visit each teacher’s schedule individually.
- You are finished now. Conferences save automatically as you select your times.
- To cancel or reschedule: To make changes, just log back in, delete your current time selection, and select new times.
Viewing Your Schedule:
- Click on the reminder bell at the top of your screen. This will pull up a list of your scheduled conferences and their times.

- Open your ParentSquare app and sign in if necessary
- Click on "More" at the bottom of your screen and then select “Sign Ups”
- This will bring up all available teacher’s schedules
- Click the blue arrow to bring up their schedule and choose your time.
- You will need to visit each teacher’s schedule individually. A blue star will appear beside teacher’s names if you have successfully scheduled with them.
- You are finished now. Conferences save automatically as you select your times.
- To cancel or reschedule: To make changes, go to the date/time you selected and click the red X to delete your current selection. You can then pick a new time.
Viewing Your Schedule:
- On the “Sign Ups” page, click “My Sign Ups”. This will bring up any teacher you have scheduled with. You can click the blue arrow icon to view the teacher’s whole schedule. Your selected time will be marked with a blue star.
