Parent Letter - Fall 2026


Dear Parents, Students, and RHS Families,

Parent teacher conferences – Wednesday, November 4th & Thursday, November 5th

RHS will be hosting traditional parent/teacher conferences with your child’s teachers. These will be held in-person at RHS 

  • Individual conferences will be scheduled in 15-minute intervals. Each 15-minute interval should allow for a 10-minute conference and 5 minutes to walk between your child’s classrooms.
  • These conferences are for information sharing and communication between families and teachers regarding your student’s current successes, needs and areas for growth.
  • Parents will schedule their own conferences online directly through their ParentVue account. This provides parents with as much flexibility as possible in coordinating appointments between different teachers, schools and other commitments.
  • To schedule conferences with your child’s counselor, please contact the Counseling Center directly at (541) 440-4131 or (541) 440-4132

    Click the image above to access Synergy ParentVue.

     

    • All Parents/Guardians have accounts in Synergy ParentVue.
    • If you forgot your password, enter your email under sign in and click “Forgot Password” to reset.

  •  

    • Conference scheduling through Synergy ParentVue will open on October 20th and run through the end of conferences.  ParentVue scheduling has many advantages and provides real-time feedback and 24/7 access for you as the parent.  Specific details and instructions are included below. If you have any questions, please call (541) 440-4131. 

  • Login to your ParentVue account.

    Select “Conference” from the menu on the left side of your screen.

    Select a time slot for each teacher you would like to conference with.  If your student has a teacher for more than one class, please only select one time slot.

    You can then email a copy of the schedule to yourself.  Conference times auto-save as you chose them.
