Requesting Transcripts/Student Records
To request a transcript, please click the Transcript Request button below and fill out the Google Form. By submitting a request, you are authorizing Roseburg High School to release your transcript(s) to the addresses you provide.
- When requesting a transcript for colleges please have their complete email address and/or physical mailing address available.
- Transcripts needed for OSAC, Oregon Promise, NCAA, or NAIA please email Mrs. Hines at chines@roseburg.k12.or.us
- If you are applying for college through the common app, you will need to email your academic counselor.
- School districts, Universities, Employers, and Verification Companies may request records of a former student if a signed release statement is completed and submitted with the request. Please include all alias names, and the former students’ complete date of birth.
- Requests can be faxed to (541) 440-4156
- Offices of the Court, Law Enforcement, and social Services Organizations may request the records of a former students if the request is accompanied by legal documentation allowing RHS to release the records.
