Senior Letters from the Principal

Senior families received a letter from the principal last week. Included is a required Standards Commitment Form that must be completed by all seniors, regardless of graduation participation. Please submit the form by March 8.

Extra copies of the form are available in the Main Office.

Yard Signs

Starting Monday April 6th

Graduation yard signs will be available for pickup in the main office beginning April 6.

This year, we’re introducing a new sign design. Due to vendor changes and rising production costs, customized yard signs will no longer be available. This update allows us to continue offering signs in a more efficient and affordable way while still celebrating our seniors. All yard signs will feature a standard Roseburg High School Graduate design.

June 6th at 11:00 am on Finlay Field

Gates for Seating

Gates will open at 8:30 am

Will we need tickets or is there a limit to guest for Graduation?

There is no limit on the number of guests if the graduation ceremony is held outdoors. In the event of severe weather requiring us to move the ceremony indoors, attendance will be limited to four guests per graduate, regardless of age. If an indoor ceremony becomes necessary, tickets will be distributed at graduation practice.

Senior arrival time for Graduation

Seniors should be in the Aux Gym at 9:45 am

Cap and Gown Deliveries

Cap and gowns will be handed out at Graduation Practice on June 5th.

Shuttle

This year, we are excited to announce that there will be a free shuttle to and from Graduation. The shuttle will pick up at Fremont Middle School.

Arrival Shuttle will run from 8:30 am till 10:30 am

Return Shuttle will run from 12:30 pm till 2:30 pm

Graduation Important Dates:

April 6th: Senior Yard Sign Pickup (Main Office)

April 25th: Prom

May 8th: Standard Commitment Form Due

May 17th: Senior Brunch

May 29th: Home Going Assembly

June 3rd: Senior Check out Due/Last Day for Seniors

June 4th: Grades Due by noon (if not completed by noon, the graduate will not be able to walk at Graduation)

June 5th: Grad Practice (If the graduate does not attend, the graduate will not be able to walk at Graduation)
