Registration opens April 16 for the 2021-22 school year

Roseburg Public Schools’ online registration will open April 16 for the 2021-22 school year. All new, returning and re-enrolling students will be required to register online for traditional school, our new Roseburg Virtual School for grades K-5, and our online school option for grades 6-12.

Families are encouraged to begin updating their student’s enrollment information immediately. ParentVue will not display your student information after May 31, 2021, until your student’s online registration has been submitted.

Parents must also make sure their ParentVue account is activated. The Synergy ParentVUE portal gives parents web access to their student’s information and communication with teachers. This will be the platform parents use to register their students online. For secondary schools, Parent Teacher Conferences will also be scheduled through ParentVue.

You can access ParentVue by visiting

If you have students already enrolled in our district, you will need to obtain your ParentVue activation code from your student’s school. If you have questions about accessing an existing account, please contact your student’s school directly for assistance in getting logged in.

If you do not have students enrolled in the district yet, you can find instructions about creating a ParentVue account through our online registration guide below.

When registering online, families will be able to select Roseburg Virtual School for K-5 students. Families with students in grades 6-12 who are interested in our virtual option must complete the online registration process for their home school and complete a brief application for the virtual option at that school. Schools will contact families after receiving the application.

Be sure to review the “District Wide” list of forms, in addition to the Elementary or Middle School/High School lists on our website. (Some forms may repeat in more than one area.)

For physical address and birth verification, you have the option to upload documents near the end of the registration process, before you “Submit” your registration OR you can hand deliver them to the school when you finalize your registration in the fall.
There may be other required forms that you will need to download, complete and sign, then deliver to the school to finalize your registration. Please contact your student’s school directly to learn how to schedule an appointment to finalize registration.

If you do not have computer access, please contact the front desk at your student’s school for assistance.
