Student Recognition
Evening of Excellence
All teachers are allowed to nominate three students from among all their classes. The criteria for which they select those students is their own criteria but can be from any of the following: attitude, grade, work ethic, improvement, etc. The student is recognized for what he/she does in the nominating teacher’s classroom. There are also department awards that do have selection criteria for each department.

Orange & Black Pride
This is an ASB Leadership program designed to recognize students for their classroom work. It is published approximately twice a month and is given to teachers to post in their classrooms as well as to the students who are honored in it. Teachers/RHS staff members are asked to recognize students and include comments about their deserving action. A list of this information is given to teachers to post in their classrooms as well as to the students who are honored in it.
